I'd love to help you with this but I don't really support PAWS anymore. Because if they don't find shelters for these animals, they euthanize them. They say it's more humane than leaving them out in the streets but who are they to say how these animals' lives should end? If I was a dog, I'd much rather roam the streets than get captured, rejected and "humanely euthanized"
